RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

At Haroun House, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your order. If something does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging attached. Requests for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, items that have been damaged after purchase, or any sale or discounted pieces, including limited releases and final-sale items.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@harounhouse.com with your order number. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the item is eligible. Once approved, you may send it back to us. After the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your bank account, regardless of the original payment method, including cash on delivery. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–14 business days, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges for a different size or item are handled similarly. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your bank account.

For returns and exchanges, Haroun House can arrange a courier to pick up the item from your address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of this pickup.

In the event that an order is refused upon delivery, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping cost.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you immediately. In these cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
