Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping & Next-Day Delivery

We offer express shipping for customers who require faster delivery.

Express Shipping

Express orders are prioritized for faster processing and delivery. Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Next-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 5 PM are processed and delivered on the next business day. Next-day delivery includes both order processing and delivery, so the standard 1–3 business day processing time does not apply.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed for delivery on the following business day.

Next-day delivery orders must be fully prepaid via InstaPay and confirmed before 5 PM.

Next-day delivery is available for selected locations. Availability and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

No Try-On at Delivery

Customers are not permitted to try on items at delivery, and we kindly ask that they treat our couriers with respect. The courier is only responsible for handing over the package.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refused or Canceled Deliveries

The courier will attempt to contact the customer up to three times to arrange delivery. If the order cannot be delivered, it may be automatically canceled. For prepaid orders, shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
