Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard and express shipping options. Express shipping is available in selected cities only. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

No Try-On at Delivery

Customers are not permitted to try on items at delivery, and we kindly ask that they treat our couriers with respect. The courier is only responsible for handing over the package.

Express Shipping

Express shipping delivers the next business day after processing, including preparation time. To receive your order the next day, please place your order before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refused or Canceled Deliveries

The courier will attempt to contact the customer up to three times to arrange delivery. If the order cannot be delivered or is refused, it may be automatically canceled. For prepaid orders, shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
